  • Do I need to use the repair shop my insurance recommends?

    NO! You have the legal right to choose your own body shop. We work with all insurance companies.

  • What is the first thing I should do after an accident?

    Ensure safety, call 911 if needed, document the scene, and notify your insurance. Then give us a CALL---We can guide you with the entire process from start to finish.

  • What happens if you find more damage after the repair starts?

    We try to get all of the damage at the time of your estimate, however, there are times where once we get into removing items we find more damage. We will contact you and explain the new findings, once we have your approval we will contact your insurance company and proceed from there.
